Debugging and improving production systems and infrastructure using tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, Grafana, and Rollbar.
Participate in and contribute to improving rotating on-call duties, including incident management for on-premises customers.

Creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
Testing new product features, reporting bugs, and providing feedback for improvement.
Supporting multiple CI/CD Server Platforms within AWS and GCP via Kubernetes
Primary point of contact regarding questions, sales and customer service.
